Ansvery offers cost-effective 24/7 customer support outsourcing for mobile gaming studios and crypto services.
We are looking for an Account Executive with experience in service-based B2B sales, ideally working with gaming support or customer support outsourcing. This role focuses on closing long-term contracts (12+ months) and working with both external lead generation sources and our internal client base. The position offers a clear career path to Head of Sales / Head of Business Development within 12 months, based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Work with inbound leads from external lead generation partners and internal databases
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Meet with potential clients virtually, research their needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales in the F2P mobile or any gaming outsourcing field (We are primarily considering candidates with experience in support services sales)
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
