AI Specialist & Methodology Consultant

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist and Consultant to join our team and guide our organization through the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence tools and methodologies. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with educational leadership, as you'll be responsible for teaching our team how to leverage AI to enhance our existing framework and tackle new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Education
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on AI tools for web development teams, Develop educational materials focused on PHP/JavaScript AI integration, Mentor developers on incorporating AI into their coding workflows, Create practical tutorials for AI-enhanced web development practices, Strategic Implementation
• Assess our current PHP/JavaScript framework and identify AI enhancement opportunities, Recommend and implement AI tools that complement our web development stack, Design AI-driven solutions for frontend and backend development challenges, Establish AI coding standards and best practices for our web development team, Technical Guidance
• Evaluate AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for web development use cases, Guide integration of AI tools into our PHP/JavaScript development pipeline, Support prompt engineering for code generation and optimization, Implement AI-powered features using APIs and web technologies, Optimize AI workflows for frontend and backend development

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and web development applications
• Experience with AI APIs and integration in web environments
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and HTML with understanding of modern frameworks
• Knowledge of web development workflows and best practices
• Experience with AI code generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, etc.)

Educational & Communication Skills

• Proven track record of teaching or training technical concepts
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to create clear documentation and training materials
• Experience in workshop facilitation and knowledge transfer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered web development tools and workflows
• Background in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Familiarity with API integration and REST/GraphQL services
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Experience with database optimization using AI insights
• Previous experience in web development consulting or team training.
