Senior SEO Specialist

Our Marketing team is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to lead our international SEO efforts for ski and ground transfer services across Europe, the US, and other competitive markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, link building, and AI-powered workflows. You’ll play a key role in growing organic traffic and conversions, using modern tools and data-driven strategies. This position is central to our marketing team and contributes directly to business growth through SEO.

Expected Results

- Review and take over core SEO processes
- Audit technical SEO and content gaps to identify quick wins and long-term improvements
- Build and execute a scalable keyword/content plan
- Set up AI-based workflows for content generation and keyword clustering
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns to support priority pages
- Improve key technical metrics (indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals) with developer support
- Deliver monthly reports showing traffic, rankings, and link growth

Professional Competencies (Hard Skills)

- Proven expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with content strategy, keyword research, and scalable link-building.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet, Gemini).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

- Analytical thinker, confident in working with data and translating insights into actions.
- Self-driven and proactive, capable of independently managing and prioritizing SEO projects.
- Strong communicator, able to convey SEO recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams.
