Creative Producer at US AI startup

Company: the app has been on the market since 2017 and is a top leader in Generative AI. The company is a Y-Combinator graduate, with its core audience in the USA.

Responsibilities:

🔸Search for new ideas and creation of creative concepts based on hypotheses and/or scales of working creatives;

🔸Working with UGC;

🔸Working with motion and graphic designers on editing final videos and static creatives;

🔸Analyzing the results of advertising creatives and improving the performance of new ones.

Requirements:

🔸At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer;

🔸Experience in creating creatives for paid advertising (FB/TikTok/Google/Snapchat etc.);

🔸Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate;

🔸Understanding the basics of digital marketing;

🔸A creative approach to working with UGC;

🔸High agency, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
