About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the mobile direction of a new user-facing product — a mobile app that integrates directly with our AI-based agent platform.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can design and build mobile applications from scratch and define best practices in this process.

This is a long-term role with opportunities to shape the future of our mobile experience and contribute to broader product architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain a mobile application using React Native
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver a seamless experience
• Drive architectural decisions and define mobile engineering standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
• Take end-to-end ownership of key features and user flows
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development (product companies preferred)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production apps with React Native
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proven track record building and maintaining real-world mobile UIs
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and deployment workflows (App Store, Play Store, OTA)
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (B2+ level)
• Ability to independently deliver complex features from concept to production
