My recent roles include:

Knowledge Manager

My main goal is to facilitate knowledge flow within the company by actively participating in cross-functional processes to capture, organize, and share knowledge.

Here are some of the highlights of my journey so far:
- Led the process of restructuring and improving the Travelpayouts Help Center for partners.
- Initiated redesign of the main page of the Help Center which led to a decrease from 15% to 9% of users.
- Created an editing policy and glossary for the Help Center.
- Designed and implemented templates for various types of articles.
- Edited existing content to align with the new approach.
- Generated new articles for the Help Center and continue to do so.
- Created yearly, monthly and weekly digests showcasing the achievements of the team.
- Participated in the creation of onboarding flow: structure, onboarding articles, demo videos and tests.

On top of that, I owned the project of A/B testing of a new affiliate tool where I:
- Organized the process or cross-functional communication
- Designed the test and created test-scenarios
- Monitored and analyzed results to present to stakeholders

Functional Business Analyst

Requirements defining, gathering, and systematization for the messenger app development.

- gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for the mobile app screens behavior
- developing UX scenarios with the UX team
- structuring and splitting requirements based on the functional role
