Senior UX/UI Designer

Zentist, a leading fintech startup in dental insurance and revenue cycle management, is seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer to join our fun and growing team. As a member of the Growth and Marketing Team, you will report to the Growth Lead directly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the design owner of our SaaS platform and marketing visuals.
• Developing website and campaign landing pages
• Coordinating the analysis and optimization of various user experiences through attribution and data analytics, including coordinating plans around Imagery, Text, overall positioning of elements, and user flow. Express these plans effectively through wireframes to help guide development.
• Working with Software development teams to provide insights and guidance to ensure that UX/UI experiences are optimized and consistent where appropriate between web based user experiences.
• Adapting to last minute changes and reprioritizing jobs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduated from departments such as graphics and visual arts of universities
• 3+ years of visual design experience and must have a portfolio
• Must have good proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira
• Strong knowledge about UX/UI processes
• Experience at creating mockups and wireframes
• Responsive and adaptive design experience for web and mobile platforms
• Experience to work with the front-end development team to reach ideal design solutions
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
• Advanced level in Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
