Our ambition is to make this journey feel clear, intuitive, and motivating, even when the underlying process is complex.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to go beyond designing interfaces and shape how people understand, experience, and interact with a product. Someone who sees UX as a powerful way to influence user behavior, remove friction, and help people achieve meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

Design the experience, not just the screens. Build intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction logic for complex, multi-step workflows.

Make complexity feel effortless. Identify friction, reduce cognitive load, and turn overwhelming processes into clear, manageable steps.

Guide users toward meaningful outcomes. Make the next best action obvious through thoughtful hierarchy, contextual guidance, and clear feedback.

Apply behavioral design principles. Use motivation, progress indicators, commitment, feedback, and other behavioral mechanisms to help users stay engaged — always with genuine user value in mind.

Improve activation and retention. Identify where users hesitate, get confused, or drop off, and design solutions that improve activation, completion rates, and continued engagement.

Turn insights into experiments. Work with the product team to develop hypotheses, test UX decisions, analyze user behavior, and measure impact.

Connect design decisions to product outcomes. Understand the funnel, user segments, and key product metrics to make informed decisions rather than relying on personal preferences.

Collaborate closely with the team. Partner with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex challenges into simple, effective experiences.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in product design, UX architecture, or designing complex digital products.

A deep understanding of user behavior, decision-making, motivation, and cognitive load.

Experience designing multi-step workflows, onboarding experiences, productivity tools, SaaS platforms, or other products with complex user journeys.

The ability to identify the real problem before jumping into solutions.

A data-informed mindset and experience connecting UX improvements to product metrics.

A strong understanding of experimentation, hypothesis-driven design, and continuous product improvement.

The ability to explain not only what you designed, but why you made those decisions and what changed as a result.

Solid prototyping and interaction design skills. Visual design expertise is welcome, but strategic UX thinking comes first.

Experience with AI-powered products, fintech, marketplaces, or no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
