Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the efficient recruitment of top-tier technical and business professionals. You’ll refine and standardize recruitment workflows, collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategies, and ensure a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, you’ll manage external recruiters and optimize hiring operations for scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment to implement the hiring plan and attract top technical and business talent.
- Own and standardize the recruitment process across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with department managers to enforce hiring processes and resolve challenges.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies, aligning them with recruitment goals.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in English-speaking recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
- Proven experience in global end-to-end hiring for both tech and business roles, preferably in product tech companies.
- Proven ability to design and manage scalable hiring processes.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, including ATS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working with data, including calculating recruitment funnels and using metrics to optimize processes.
- Eager to learn and tackle challenges creatively and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent command of English.
- Based in London with a valid work permit.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
