Описание вакансии

We are looking for Talent Sourcer who's ready to dive into variety of technologies and motivated searching the best IT-talents all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sourcing through various channels: internal and external database mining, networking, social media, referrals, Boolean search, job boards and other innovative sourcing methods (you can invent your own method).
  • Design and evaluate sourcing strategies.
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens to understand a candidate's qualifications.
  • Maintain candidates data into the applicant tracking system (Huntflow).

Requirements

  • Work experience: 1-3 years.
  • Strong interest in IT business, willingness for learning new technologies.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment.
  • Upper-intermediate level (B2+) of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with at least one tracking system or CRM.
