Inside Fura

The company has two large verticals: operations and tech. You will work in the second and communicate closely with the first.

Our tasks begin with the question "Why?", a prototype of an analytical dashboard in Excel and expectations by numbers. The data driven approach makes it possible to see trends and directly influence business processes.

We are a strong team of talented and energetic professionals. We are experts in data analytics, supply chain, software engineering and finance. We’ve built leading players in the freight brokerage space and worked with top global companies like Amazon, Google, Uber, Ernst and Young, TQL, Turvo and Deloitte. We try to use best practices, rely on numbers, regularly adjust processes and introduce new approaches to work.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Developing reports in Power BI
• Thinking through metrics tree for existing and emerging business processes and products
• Interaction with product managers, departments commerce, document management, finance, expediting, security to gather requirements for metrics, reports, models
• Interaction with engineers, for defining data requirements
• Writing SQL queries and building data marts
• Developing machine learning models, to improve process efficiency
• Searching for product and business growth points in data

About you

• Fluent English (C2)
• Academic background (probability theory and mathematical statistics)
• SQL, PowerBI, Excel
• Enjoy visualizing data and loves looking for ways to present data to help businesses make decisions quickly and correctly
• Able to double-check yourself before publishing a report
• Able to build expertise in specific business processes
• Attentive to report composition, think through custom scenarios
