Digital (Growth Marketing) Analyst

About the role:

June Homes is looking for a Digital Analyst whose primary objective will be to provide insights that will enable June Homes to improve our growth marketing campaigns and at the same time be responsible for long-term infrastructure projects. This role reports directly to the Lead Data Analyst, and work daily with VP of Growth Marketing.

Must-have qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing digital analytics strategy
• In depth knowledge of web & app analytics and tagging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, or related field
• Able to experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find clever solutions to unique challenges encountered along the way
• Reliable home office setup

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant professional data science & analytics experience with a background in some combination of marketing, growth, product and/or web analytics
• Experience with data visualization in Redash, Domo, Tableau or similar software
• Experience developing with ad APIs, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
• Experience in production ETL processes
• Advanced SQL and experience in optimizing SQL queries
• Working proficiency in tag testing and using emulators/mobile devices for mobile Apps
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
• Experience working in the apartment rental industry or hospitality/travel
