Ivan Ogienko Company is an international interior design and construction company.

Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed 1,000+ projects across different types of properties. For the past three years, we have been successfully operating in Dubai.

Our team brings together architects, designers, and engineers who combine expertise and dedication to bring our clients’ ideas to life and create spaces for both living and business.

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to take ownership of our current marketing operations, strengthen the existing processes, and help the company reach the next level of growth.

This is a role for someone who can see both the big picture and the numbers behind it — someone who can build processes, lead a team, manage different areas of marketing, and turn marketing into a structured and measurable function.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Growth

• Develop, launch, and continuously update the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy in line with business goals and scaling;
• Monitor adjacent markets and niches, develop the company’s USP and strengthen the brand;
• Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing channels;
• Develop partnership programs.

Analytics & Performance

• Oversee end-to-end analytics and conversion rates across all stages of the sales funnel;
• Manage budgeting and ensure effective allocation of resources across channels;
• Optimize ROMI, CPA, and LTV;
• Analyze the sales funnel and identify areas for optimization;
• Monitor the achievement of planned performance targets.

Team & Operations

• Manage the SMM function;
• Lead the marketing team, including SMM, videographer, video editors, performance marketer, graphic designer, and website development;
• Build effective processes and coordinate the work of the marketing team.

• Experience in a similar or related role within design / interior design;
• Proven ability to manage a team and build effective processes;
• Ability to handle diverse tasks and priorities;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ambition and a strong drive for results.
• A portfolio with relevant case studies;
• English — B2+.
