CTO / Solution architect DeFi

CryptomeriaLabs opened an office in Phuket, Thailand. It is a great chance to join a team and make a step into the global market. From the West Coast to Tokyo we have presence and experience in global business development, investments and media. We see gaming as one of the new strategic directions for Cryptomeria Labs Venture Studio.

We are looking for a DeFi Technical expert who will create a new DEX with an orderbook and internal DAO builder. You will have enough independence in decision making, reporting directly to the Managing partner of the Cryptomeria Labs.

Cryptomeria Labs is a company built of experienced entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors and has the funds, in-house expertise, and patience to build its own startups from scratch. By leading with fresh approaches and ideas, Cryptomeria Labs Venture Studio effectively combines the disruptiveness of a startup with the necessary stability of a team and resources to build companies that require decade long roadmaps before profitability and deft maneuvering of public and private opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be responsible for the technical vision and architecture.
• You will develop and execute the technology strategy in line with product vision, with a focus on scalability, reliability and security.
• Hire and manage a world-class Web3 engineering team.
• Own technical roadmap delivery and post-launch quality.
• Own and evangelize the technical goals and architectural roadmap, including operational excellence, developer efficiency, and performance.
• You can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications:

• Previous role as a CTO/Solution architect in a blockchain project In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystem.
• Fluent English (We don’t need your certificates).
• Start-up experience is strongly preferred; entrepreneurial spirit a must.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with software engineering best practice.
• The ability to lead a distributed remote team.
• Understanding of the trading sphere.
