Right now, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development / Sales manager to drive the lead generation process.
Using existing marketing kit & sales strategy, Business Development Manager will be working with these challenges:
— Being an integral part of our sales team, working closely with company’s leaders to drive new business opportunities for our services and products
— Perform proactive prospecting based on existing ideal customer profiles and industry segments, using social networks, business directories & open data sources
— Reaching out to relevant prospects through email, LinkedIn & IM with highly personalized messaging
— Qualifying leads and overseeing pre-sale process until contract signing, interacting with dedicated pre-sale team
— Working together with the marketing department and Head of Sales, providing feedback and new ideas to improve existing marketing kit, value propositions, presentations and our approach to sales
— Focusing on outbound lead generation — there’re separate teams to take care of accounts and customer success, and we’d like to ensure that 100% of your effort would go to generating outbound sales, without wasting time on other activities
— Keeping track of work process in a CRM (HubSpot) based on existing sales funnel & qualification criterias
Our ideal team mate:
— Has 1-3 years of experience selling software development outsourcing in US / Europe markets, with proven track record of sales of projects with $50-100k budget or more
— Is passionate about sales, always looking for ways to improve and learn to sharpen one’s skills. We’ll be keen to know which books, courses or communities you recommend or follow!
— English level C1
— Has strong outbound sales / customer outreach skills. Outbound sales is hard, and we’re looking for a person who can reliably take on the task of contacting cold prospects, building chain of messaging, and making it through many obstacles that are essential in this matter
— Should have a high level of patience and persistence as It’s essential to connecting with the right prospects
— Should be able to develop lead generation strategies, based on provided customer profiles, target segments, marketing & sales kits, market research and feedback from the team, working together to achieve the goals
— Has solid customer/business research skills, with ability to prepare and execute highly personalized approach and messaging. We believe in a personal approach to sales, as this is the only way to make it through all the noise of regular sales pitches everybody else is going with
— Has experience using LinkedIn, outbound email and instant messaging to reach & conquer prospects
— Has excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. Has highly developed emotional intelligence
— Should be able to work independently and proactively, reflecting on own work, and trying to bring new ideas to the approach
