Remoteam is a US-based startup that has been funded by great investors. We are a platform for global payroll and HR compliance. We provide infrastructure for hiring remote employees compliantly from any country in the world. We take care of payroll, benefits, taxes, compliance, and all admin. Our clients source, manage and control the employees as if you hired locally.

The skills you will need to demonstrate
- Ability to develop in Java with clean code
- Excellent engineering skills and good Computer Science fundamentals
- Fluency in source code quality: tests (unit and functional), CI/CD
- Experience with agile practices and principles
- Ability to deal with change and complexity
- Self-confidence in challenging the status quo as well as in being challenged
