Middle / Senior PHP Developer

We are looking for a Middle / Senior PHP Developer to join our team remotely or from our office in Cyprus.

Tech stack: PHP 8.2+, Symfony 6.4+, PHPUnit, PostgreSQL, Swagger/OpenAPI, Docker, Composer, GitLab CI

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the backend of the product
• Develop internal libraries
• Build integrations with various external systems
• Optimize services for high-load environments

Requirements

Key competencies:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP
• Strong knowledge of OOP and ability to apply design patterns in practice
• Experience designing high-load systems
• Experience working with PHP-based MVC frameworks

Experience optimizing code and working with various data storage systems (relational databases, key-value stores)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and Event Sourcing
• Experience with column-oriented databases
• Experience maintaining Swagger documentation
• Experience collecting metrics with Prometheus
• Experience working with Grafana / Kibana
