Data Visualisation Developer

Responsibility:

• Develop customized dashboards and reports answering the needs of business
• Partner with BI dev team to develop new or modify existing data models
• Combine data from multiple sources using fastest, simplest and most productive way
• Visualize the data in a most efficient and user-friendly way
• Make knowledge about new metrics and dashboards aligned and shareable across the company via documentation and communication
• Administer Data Vis systems and ensure their smooth performance
• Bridge data and business, speak the language of both

Requirements:

• Graduate from top-tier university with specialization in Computer Science/Math/Data analytics with 2+ year work experience in BA / BI / Data Vis
• Proficiency in SQL: proven skills in data retrieval from multiple sources; deep knowledge of aggregation, window functions and SQL query optimization techniques; ability to read SQL execution plan and to write stored procedures and triggers
• Experience with BI technologies (i.e. Microstrategy, ClickView, Tableau, PowerBI and the like)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - advantage
• Experience with Linux commands, Python, R, will be an advantage
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the wood behind the trees along with attention to deep details
• Native Russian, fluent English
• Strong work ethics, Can do attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and passion for learning
