Main Requirements

• Has 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Fluent in English both in speaking and writing: level С1-С2
• Strong analytics and sourcing skills in hiring
• Communicative mindset, ready to be a leader in the sales process with the candidates
• Good knowledge of the modern technology landscape (frontend, backend, cloud solutions and deployment, UX/UI design, development automatization, etc)
• Experience in hiring remote candidates in Europe, Africa, India, and Latin America
• Positive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Additional

• Instruments: Li sales navigator, Stack Overflow, Github, X-ray, Boolean, Huntflow, AmazingHiring, SalesQL.
• Experience working with US/UK clients

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through the Skipp talent pool
• Scheduling interviews with candidates and presenting how Skipp works and client projects
• participate in meeting with clients to understand the responsibilities and requirements of candidates
• Organize interviews between developers and clients, prepare candidates for an interview
• Experiments with trigger communications with developers 😇
