Responsibilities:

* Managing & Hiring DevOps/Cloud Engineering team in local office + trainees ( 3 Teams with 28 subordinates and 3 managers + direct reporting expert engineering Team ) 
- Preparing improvement plans for DevOps/Trainees (conferences, learning courses, personal roadmaps etc)
- Leading the regular DevOps/Cloud knowledge sharing events to keep the culture/toolset and processes matching the business goals
- Managing and acting as developer for Cloud engineering Core team (Core team developing a shared in-house usage by DevOps/Cloud engineers and Application Development teams)
- Attending the roadmap planning for technologies/processes/architectural planning to satisfy business needs 

* Developing internal policies, architectural & application requirements as a member of Cloud Engineering Core team:
- Adopting according to our needs Amazon "Why You Should Run What You Build" Strategy for more than 50 Application teams living in AWS.
- Guidelines and technical requirements for Applications and its Infrastructure design, according to "You build it You run it" strategy. - Helped a lot to make Applications infrastructure well standartized in AWS cloud.
- Moved more than 50 Application Teams from old-school shared accounts with thousands of resources - all the infrastructure was moved from shared accounts to a dedicated Team managed accounts according to Amazon "Why You Should Run What You Build" (no incidents, data loss or downtime issues during the process of migration these thousands of resources)
- Developed Python code to automate this tricky migration process and make it measurable (metrics for resource migration, costs etc)

Responsibilities:

- Hiring DevOps engineers (preparing interview tests for candidates, supervising & analyzing candidate interviews)
- Preparing improvement plans for DevOps engineers (conferences, learning courses, personal roadmaps etc)
- Leading the regular DevOps knowledge/activities sharing events for Moscow office
- Managing and acting as developer for Moscow DevOps Core team (Core team developing a shared in-house usage by DevOps engineers and Application Development teams)
- Supervising the subordinary DevOps Teamleads and Devops engineers (Goals, improvement plans, annual reviews etc)

* Developing software as a member of DevOps Core team:
- Automatic environments deployment – deploying the basic Rancher 1.x cluster for the further application deployments (AWS, Python3, Terraform 11.x, Docker, Hashicorp Consul, Rancher 1.x, Bamboo)
- Ci/CD build plans for Bamboo to let the App Development teams to re-use these plans in their projects
- Leading the Rancher -> K8S migration process (got migrated over 50 Application Teams from Rancher 1.x to AWS EKS with our in-house developed deployer)
