We’re hiring: Sales & Student Success Specialist — Russian & English

Pontea is an online school helping students prepare for architecture entrance exams at Italian universities.

We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic sales professional to guide students from their first enquiry through enrolment and their learning journey.

What you’ll do:

• Manage leads, run consultations and turn enquiries into enrolments.
• Explain our courses and help students navigate admissions-related questions.
• Coordinate payments, enrolment and onboarding.
• Support students throughout their studies, working with teachers and mentors.
• Test and improve outreach, follow-ups and sales strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent spoken and written Russian and English.
• Sales experience and confidence in closing sales through helpful, thoughtful conversations.
• Strong organisation, initiative and genuine care for students.
• An interest in education; familiarity with architecture or studying in Italy is a plus.
