Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for product development
• Prepare technical documentation and task descriptions for the development team
• Participate in solving analytical tasks
• Research the market, competitors, and review regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, design, and compliance teams

Requirements

Key competencies:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• 1+ year of experience in fintech or digital finance projects, including e-wallets, transaction platforms, and integrations with external financial services
• Solid understanding of digital financial technologies, transaction processing, and the specifics of issuing and managing digital wallets
• Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and tools, ability to clearly communicate ideas through diagrams
• Experience in describing system integrations
• Knowledge of UML notations
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Ability to independently collect information for tasks/research
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles
• Experience working with Jira / Confluence / Notion
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Understanding of UX/UI basics
• Knowledge of BPMN notation
