AI Data Labelling Specialist

Looking for an AI Data Labelling Specialist to join our fast growing (30%+ MoM) VC-backed ($1.4M raised) startup.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyse 1000+ job descriptions per week
• Identify and label job attributes such as salary, location, education requirements, seniority level, responsibilities, and experience requirements
• Work with structured annotation guidelines to maintain high data quality and consistency
• Flag unclear or edge-case examples and help improve annotation quality over time
• Collaborate with the product team to improve datasets used for AI model training

You Must Have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately with large volumes of text data
• Ability to follow annotation guidelines carefully and consistently
• Good judgment when handling unclear or edge-case examples
• Good written English comprehension
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive text-review tasks
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to guideline updates

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience with recruiting, sourcing, HR, or data annotation
• Experience working with AI training datasets
• Familiarity with Label Studio or similar tools
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools in daily workflows

What We Offer:

• Fully remotely work
• Part-time/Full-time (20-40 hrs/week), with at least 50% overlap with CET
