B2B SaaS | Broker Technology | Remote | Part-time / On-demand
About Signal Codex
Signal Codex is a B2B analytics platform for Forex and CFD brokers. Brokers provide their clients with access to a branded analytics portal, launched directly from the broker’s client area via single sign-on (SSO).
We are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to own the technical side of broker integrations from the first technical discussion through testing and launch.
This is a part-time, on-demand role. Workload depends on active broker integrations rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical and pre-integration calls with broker development and IT teams, structure the discussion, clarify requirements, and agree on next steps.
- Join pre-sales technical discussions when needed to assess integration requirements and answer technical questions.
- Explain the Signal Codex SSO flow and integration requirements clearly to client technical teams.
- Help broker developers implement JWT-based login and troubleshoot failed authentication.
- Review token generation logic and identify common implementation issues.
- Test integrations end-to-end before launch, including authentication, branding, and WebTrader links.
- Track blockers, owners, and next steps and proactively keep integrations moving through launch.
- Coordinate with client developers during implementation and help resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support technical issues after launch when needed.
- Document recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to the onboarding and integration process.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of relevant experience with web applications, SaaS products, technical integrations, implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Solid understanding of HTTP, redirects, JWT, and web authentication / SSO.
- Good understanding of JWT validation concepts such as iat, exp, signing algorithms, and user identifiers.
- Ability to read backend code in at least one of PHP, Node.js, or Python well enough to identify issues in token generation and authentication flows.
- Comfortable using browser developer tools, logs, APIs, and basic command-line tools for troubleshooting.
- Basic practical experience with Python or similar scripting tools for testing and debugging.
- Understanding of basic authentication security and safe handling of secrets.
- Comfortable troubleshooting together with developers during live calls.
- Clear spoken and written communication in English and Russian.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and proactively raise blockers, risks, and unclear requirements.
- Confident and professional in client-facing communication, able to lead technical discussions and explain complex topics clearly.
- Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership for integration progress and client outcomes.
You don’t need to be a full-time software developer.
We’re looking for someone who combines solid technical judgment with client-facing confidence and takes ownership of getting integrations successfully to production.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or solutions engineering.
- Experience with SSO integrations.
- Background in fintech, Forex/CFD brokers, or trading platforms.
- Experience working directly with external client technical teams.
- Experience participating in technical pre-sales or integration discovery calls.
Working format
- Fully remote, independent contractor.
- NDA required.
- Typical workload: 10–20 hours per month, depending on active integrations.
- Some weeks may require little or no involvement.
- Workload may grow as the number of broker integrations increases.
- Most work takes place during CET business hours, with calls scheduled in advance.
- During an active integration, we expect replies within one business day.
- Outside active integrations, constant availability is not required.
Compensation
- €40–50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Paid for actual time spent on calls, integration support, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Why join Signal Codex
You’ll own the technical side of broker onboarding at an early-stage B2B SaaS company and work on a small number of specific integrations from the first technical discussion through launch.
You won’t just answer technical questions — you’ll help structure the integration process, work directly with broker technical teams, remove blockers, and help integrations reach production successfully.
As one of the first people in this role, you’ll also help improve and standardize the integration process as we grow.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note describing an integration, SSO, or authentication issue you’ve helped solve to careers(at)signalcodex.com.
