Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our sales force. In this role, you will represent Consort, acquire new corporate clients, and drive B2B sales for recruitment and executive search services.

This is a fully performance-based (commission-only) role. You bring the clients, we fill the roles, and you earn a percentage of the revenue.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and engage B2B clients (CEOs, Founders, HR Directors) in the MENA region
  • Present Consort’s services and value proposition
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → negotiations → contracts
  • Collaborate with our delivery team (10+ years’ experience) who execute the search

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the UAE
  • Fluent English (Russian, Arabic, or other languages are a plus)
  • Self-driven and comfortable with a commission-based structure
  • Strong network and ability to access decision-makers
