System Analyst

We're looking for a System Analyst to join our team working on a SaaS platform for clinical trials and pharma business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements & Documentation: Gather and document requirements (URS, PRD, Release Notes) through interviews and workshops. Keep documentation current and support customer training.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with developers, testers, and customer success teams. Support Agile ceremonies, test scenarios, UAT, and product increment delivery.
• Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, translate change requests into user stories, design workflows, specify integrations, create reports, and support product roadmaps.
• Process Improvement & Mentorship: Identify improvement opportunities, mentor junior analysts, and support implementation of new tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as an Analyst in Tech
• Advanced/C1 English level
• Strong requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication—both technical and non-technical audiences
• MS Office, basic SQL, UML, any diagramming tool
• Knowledge of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), data integration approaches
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) — ability to apply them in day-to-day work tasks to improve personal efficiency
• Clinical Trials domain experience: a plus
