Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Relationship Manager to expand our network of real estate agents, referral partners, and clients. The primary goal of this role is to increase the volume of closed mortgage transactions by developing long-term relationships and consistently generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and mortgage clients.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new leads and establish new partnerships.
- Organize and host online webinars and educational sessions for agents and clients.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers and processors to ensure smooth communication and timely closings.
- Manage a steady pipeline of potential clients through CRM and follow-up systems.
- Stay up to date on mortgage products, rates, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and partnership goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in conducting online presentations and webinars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in mortgage sales or real estate preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Commission, with performance-based incentives.
