QA Engineer (Full-Stack, FinTech) 🚀

Our AI-driven platform combines banking, accounting, and tax services, simplifying life for hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs. Following a recent €100M+ funding round, we are scaling up and looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Take full ownership of product quality within one of our key streams (Core Banking, Growth, FinCrime & Risk).
• Participate in the full development cycle—from feature discussion to its release into production.
• Perform manual testing of web (frontend), backend, and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain test automation: our tech stack includes Selenoid + pytest for web and Appium + pytest for mobile.
• Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, generate test cases, and improve overall efficiency.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases (2-3 per week) and be a key guardian of stability.

We are looking for a professional with:

• 3-5 years of QA experience in comprehensive testing (web + backend + mobile).
• Hands-on experience in environments with frequent release cycles (at least once every two weeks).
• A background in FinTech or other complex, data-intensive domains.
• Practical test automation experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your daily workflow.
• Strong skills in REST API testing and confident use of SQL.
• Programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript/C# and the motivation to deepen your expertise in Python.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher—this is mandatory for working in our international team.
