Senior AQA Engineer (Playwright + AI Test Automation)

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Apply AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Testim, Codium, etc.) to generate, refactor, and analyze test code.
• Design scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI).
• Track and optimize test coverage, reliability, and execution time.
• Mentor mid-level and junior QA engineers, establishing best practices for automation.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure testability and early defect prevention.

🚀 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Automated QA, including 2+ years with Playwright or similar tools.
• Strong programming background in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test generation or intelligent test frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles, CI/CD, and QA metrics.
• Ability to design and implement automation strategy from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership over quality.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with test observability or AI-based defect prediction.
• Background in mentoring or leading QA automation initiatives.
