We’re looking for an experienced, independent, and creative Senior UI/UX Designer who can take on a Team Lead role, mentor two mid-level designers, and remain hands-on, being responsible for both execution and high-level visual direction.

Product design work (UX/UI)

Customer facing work (web and mobile design)

Brand & Marketing design

 Main objective:
Your core mission will be to design and develop a robust, scalable and coherent UX design system that will serve as a foundation for all future product interfaces and user experiences.

 Who we’re looking for:

• A highly organised individual with a keen eye for visual detail, who understands that memorable UX stems from distinctive, well-crafted UI;
• Someone proactive, independent, and comfortable making decisions that shape design across products;
• A team player who leads by example and can mentor, support and grow design talent within the team.

Bonus points (and possibly a decisive factor):

• Experience in eCommerce and B2B platforms;
•  A track record of working on large-scale, ambitious projects, ideally with international reach.
