We’re looking for a proactive ML Ops Engineer to help us scale our video analytics solution across multiple airports and support deployment at the scale of thousands of stands. You’ll work closely with both researchers and infrastructure engineers to ensure our pipelines are production-ready, efficient, and easy to use, even by non-ML specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve our training infrastructure, enabling model trainers to test, train neural networks efficiently.
- Own and scale delivery pipelines from research prototypes to robust production systems, making them accessible to users without ML expertise.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and design discussions to improve processes and tools.
- Proactively identify weak spots in our system and suggest improvements to increase performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of production experience in Python.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms to write optimized and scalable code.
- Confident in using LLM-based tools to write clean, efficient code, even in unfamiliar areas like front-end or DevOps tasks.
- Strong experience deploying and managing services in Kubernetes.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating in English (B2+).
Nice to have:
- Solid understanding of basic ML terminology (e.g. model evaluation, training loops, metrics).
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale video data (e.g. multi-terabyte datasets, storage optimization, video preprocessing pipelines).
- Experience with technologies from our stack: Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes.
