Junior Sales/Leadgen (US Market)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, with a primary focus on the US market. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design, branding, and development are crucial to understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies via LinkedIn and email.
• Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage decision-makers.
• Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting.
• Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Report on lead generation performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist).
• Ability to research and analyze target companies and industries.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design, digital products, or agency services (preferred but not required).
