About Us
25/8 PR Agency is a fast-growing PR company specializing in communications for technology companies and startups. We are opening our first business development position, and prior PR experience is critical for successfully sourcing clients, conducting initial calls, and preparing commercial proposals.
The ideal candidate is a former PR professional with in-depth knowledge of public relations and promotional tools. You should be able to engage in meaningful dialogue with clients and understand which communication strategy best meets their goals and objectives. A minimum of an upper-intermediate level of English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients (including through cold outreach), maintain communication, distribute necessary materials, and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Negotiate with clients and conduct initial calls to determine their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Manage a basic CRM system by recording agreements, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Evaluate outreach results and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to discover new growth opportunities.
What We Expect:
- PR experience, ideally with technological products in global markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for the agency’s interests.
- English proficiency at no less than an upper-intermediate level.
- Quick responsiveness — the ability to promptly reply to clients, swiftly adapt processes if necessary, and react to any incoming requests.
