25/8 is a fully remote PR Agency which work with the best tech companies and startups around the globe. Now we are looking for Senior PR Account Manager with strong expertise in PR in the US and European markets.

 

Role description

This is a full-time, remote role as a Senior PR Account Manager at 25/8 PR Agency. You will manage up to three clients, conduct and organize Q&A sessions, develop PR strategies, and maintain relationships with journalists in the tech and business sectors. We work with tools like Asana, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Docs, focusing on transparent and regular communication with clients and the team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual Q&A sessions and create PR plans
- Prepare technical specifications for writers and ensure content quality
- Work with journalists: understand specialized tech and business media, select appropriate formats and topics for each journalist, and pitch effectively
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and maintain high customer service standards
- Deeply understand the client’s product and help with public positioning
- Research competitors, market trends, and generate creative concepts and PR integrations
- Prepare reports in a timely manner using Asana, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Docs
- Provide daily updates to the team and write a weekly status report on client activities
- Manage and coordinate team tasks, giving constructive feedback to ensure optimal team performance
- Leverage experience with international markets to address cultural nuances in PR strategies

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in PR for the US and European markets (experience in the MENA region is a plus)
- Proven successful case studies
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently and manage clients fully (excluding contracts, invoices, and other paperwork)
- Strong communication skills; assertive in defending your point of view with clients and journalists
- Knowledge of specialized business and tech journalists
- Strong writing intuition and style
- Results-oriented approach
- Experience working with international markets, with an understanding of cultural differences and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team, coordinate tasks, and provide constructive feedback
- Bonus: existing network of writers and contributors
