🔍 What you’ll do:

• Shape the future: Drive architectural decisions for our next-gen cloud products.
• Lead critical projects: Take ownership of core initiatives that will define our technical direction.
• Work with modern tech: Leverage Golang and Ruby to design and build powerful, scalable, and secure cloud systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality: Lead code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor team members to maintain high development standards.
• Innovate with new tech: Stay on top of the latest trends and recommend emerging technologies to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
• Solve complex challenges: Address and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and improve system scalability.

💡 About you:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Golang and/or Ruby, and deep knowledge of their ecosystems.
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in architecting and developing scalable, high-availability systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical approach.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

🛠 Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in DevOps practices, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and other modern technologies.
