Position: QA Team Lead

Our client and reliable partner, an IT company developing software and comprehensive services for the iGaming industry, invites a QA Lead to join their team.

About the Company:

An international company developing high-load systems and online services for creating, launching, and managing online casinos, including crypto casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers, with its own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and player engagement program.

Product: Software and comprehensive services for iGaming.

What We Want to See in the Candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead in a product IT company.
• Experience and skills in team formation.
• Experience with testing management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of test automation.
• English level – B2 and above.
• Experience with iGaming products is a plus.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Participating in the process of forming the QA team.
• Managing the workload and priorities of the QA team.
• Establishing and developing formal QA processes and continuously analyzing them with the team to identify weaknesses and implement improvements.
• Defining testing strategies for the most complex features.
• Reviewing and ensuring detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
• Analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating requirements, specifications, and applications for testability and quality.
• Actively participating in relevant meetings to understand business requirements, strategy, and delivery constraints.
• Effectively implementing and using automation: assisting in designing, developing, executing, and reviewing automated scripts.
• Conducting cross-functional and cross-platform testing activities.
• Actively contributing to knowledge sharing at the project and department levels.
