Lead Project Manager / Delivery manager

As the Lead Project Manager / Delivery manager, you will play a key role in shaping Farcana's Game Development structure and driving the resource management direction of our teams. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to game creation.

What will you do?

• Management and coordination of development and delivery processes
• Coordination of PMs of local departments
• Collaboration with development, design and testing teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time
• Ensuring products meet stakeholder requirements
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of delivery processes and improve user experience
• Participation in release planning and product life cycle management
• Risk management and problem solving that arise during development and implementation
• Establish a transparent, regular and fast product delivery process
• Eliminate factors and neutralize dependencies that affect the work of the teams
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation

  What are we looking for?

• Real work experience as a Lead Project manager/Delivery manager at least 2+ years
• Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the project delivery
• The clear understanding of business planning, capacity planning
• Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams
• Previous experience in a PC / PS product game development company (3+ years)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (B2+)
• Experience of work in matrix management system will be a plus
• As an advantage experience in development of shooters (FPS/TPS)
