Team Lead (Senior PHP developer)

This is a full time job with hybrid work format in Minsk.

We are seeking for a skilled Senior PHP Developer with a strong background in software development to lead a team and implement web-based programs. You will work with other Developers throughout the software development life cycle. You should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

•Produce clean and efficient code based on specifications

•Develop and maintain software applications in PHP 8.1+ a Symfony

•Develop and maintain SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

•Keep up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages to ensure the continued evolution of our software products

As a Team Lead

 you must to set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members meet their potential.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role

•Understanding of PHP 8.1+

•Understanding of Symfony

•Ability to learn new languages and technologies

•Experience working with Go - optional

•Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

•Attention to details.

Advantage to understand:

•Experience working with REST APIs

•Experience working with Redis and RabbitMQ

•Preferable SQL knowledge
