As an advisor to our internal CMO, you'll bolster our team's competencies, helping us navigate the dynamic crypto industry with a focus on B2B marketing within Web3. Your expertise will be pivotal in implementing innovative strategies and driving brand development, all while maintaining agility in the ever-evolving crypto sphere

The primary challenge in this role revolves around constructing a formidable brand that appeals to the largest companies with the most substantial budgets, effectively shaping it into a marketing powerhouse.

  • The goal is to establish strong relationships with industry leaders, discern their pain points, and offer tailored solutions at competitive prices while seeking substantial budgets to ensure a consistent and stable income.
  • Additionally, the challenge extends to crafting a product portfolio, refining sales strategies, and maintaining a focus on the quality of sales transactions.

What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of blockchain tech, cryptocurrencies, and adept knowledge of crypto social media marketing.
  • Display proficiency in project management, multitasking, and concurrent handling of multiple initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on media sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise and execute sales strategies in sync with the broader marketing plan.
  • Identify and create demand generation campaigns, tailoring B2B marketing initiatives to meet specific requirements.
  • Strategize end-to-end B2B campaigns, generating leads and establishing nurture streams.
  • Conceptualize and produce lead magnets, case studies, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify new opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize ROI and stimulate revenue growth.
  • Measure and report marketing results, encompassing key performance metrics, ROI, and valuable insights to senior management.
  • Leverage a robust network within Public Relations and global tier-1 media.
  • Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in public speaking, representation, and corporate communications.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Web 3, crypto, and blockchain technologies.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a closely related field.
  • Accumulate a minimum of five years of marketing leadership experience, with a focus on roles at the VP or C-level.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Showcase hands-on experience with web3, crypto, and blockchain technologies.
  • Exhibit native or bilingual English proficiency for seamless communication.
  • Validate a history of successfully managing marketing campaigns contributing to revenue growth.
  • Prior experience within a marketing agency with a robust global network is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
