UDC is a full services marketing agency. We are a worldwide distributed team of experts with cross-competencies in marketing, business, and product development. We offer talents that can cover any marketing direction and close all client's tasks about business growth.

Now we are searching for a motivated sales manager who will be responsible for leading the deals. The role includes the option for a combination of remote work and a hybrid schedule in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Talk to decision-makers and CEOs of companies all over the world
  • Identify the current state of the company and its marketing needs
  • Prepare analytical reviews in cooperation with the analytical department
  • Take part in conversations with clients together with experienced members of UDC team
  • Prepare a marketing offer and complete a deal
  • Manage the CRM with your leads and test new sales approaches

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Fluent English speaker, as 90% of our clients are English - speaking
  • Ability to achieve your goals in communication with clients
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
  • Knowledges of web3-market, fintech & blockchain tech are an advantages

  • Supplying all necessary work software, conducting training sessions with the head of the sales department, and creating an individual development plan
