🚀Your Exciting Role:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment, specializing in closing positions (80% IT / 20% non-IT)

- Master the art of effective communication with hiring managers, building relationships that stand the test of trust

- Infuse energy into your role by crafting engaging, sales-driven job descriptions

- Be the star orchestrator, interviewing candidates, presenting them to teams, and flawlessly coordinating the recruitment process at every stage

- Join the innovation journey by contributing to the development of recruitment processes and jumping into other exciting HR projects

🚀What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 2 years of stellar experience in IT recruitment.

- A knack for efficiently organizing the hiring process from scratch

- Experience in creating job postings that pop and utilizing online platforms for recruitment magic

- Superb skills in effective interviewing and the art of selecting top-notch candidates

- Proactiveness in suggesting and implementing improvements to our already-awesome hiring processes

- A collaborative spirit, ready to team up with other departments to optimize our internal processes

- An eagerness to stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about trends in recruitment and the dynamic banking sector

- Confident written and spoken English skills
