Are you a Sales dynamo with a passion for Web3, blockchain, and crypto? As a B2B Sales Manager at BeInCrypto, you'll be at the forefront of connecting with top Web3, blockchain, and crypto companies eager to advertise on our platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Attraction and Deal Closure: Identify and attract high-potential Web3, blockchain, and crypto companies for advertising on our news media platform. Negotiate and successfully close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue, comfortably handling deals over $50K.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively search for and generate new leads with a focus on high-quality global Web3, blockchain, and crypto companies, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Tailored Strategies: Develop and implement customized sales strategies for Web3 clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
  • Transparency: Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Multitasking: Be self-organized and ready to handle multiple negotiations simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and sales accountability.
  • Effective Communication: Showcase excellent communication skills, comfortable with presenting offers to clients during calls and skillful objection handling.
  • Diligence: Work diligently, staying self-motivated, responsive, and motivated to excel in fast-paced businesses.
  • Market Insight: Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position our offerings in the market and stay ahead of competitor activities in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Proven Sales Experience Record: A proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space. Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
  • Language Proficiency: You’re bilingual in English or C1/C2 level.
  • SQL Close Rate: An average SQL close rate greater than 35%.
  • Web3 Network: A strong network and relationships in the Web3 space (very important).
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Operational Discipline: Ensuring accountability and responsibility for streamlined operations through meticulous organization, disciplined execution, and rapid responsiveness. Fostering collaborative environments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Remote Work: Bring a minimum of 6-12 months of remote work experience to the role.
  • Industry Experience: Leverage your extensive experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, performance, branding, paid media, and related fields.

Nice to have:

  • Agency Experience: Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
  • Education: A BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
