Head of SEO

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the SEO department aligning with the company's broader objectives.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention using growth hacking techniques.
• Develop and refine the company's search optimization strategy for increased organic visibility.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of SEO specialists.
• Optimize the website's structure, content, and user experience for SEO and conversion.
• Analyze growth and SEO initiatives using advanced analytics and make data-backed recommendations.
• Manage our Private Blog Network in line with current SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align growth efforts.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on departmental performance and KPIs.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in a growth hacking or SEO leadership role.
• Strong cases with extreme growth hacking (300K to 1M).
• Experience in the European market.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Strong grasp of content marketing and its impact on SEO.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on changing digital landscapes.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Fluent English, a minimum of Upper-Intermediate level.
