Project Manager

With our expertise in B2B services, we successfully implement projects in real estate, sports, tourism, and legal services. Our innovative solutions help clients achieve their business goals.

Currently, we are looking for a planning guru with a keen eye on the structure, able to keep both the team and the projects in the spotlight. You should be aware of all the events and keep your finger on the pulse.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects, including web application and website development 
• Project planning, communication with the client, and control of the project team's work results
• Maintaining an accurate workload plan for the entire internal team, including consideration of employee skills and experience, project risks and profitability, and employee development plans
• Coordinating the work of a team of 3 or more individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and cooperation among project members
• Reporting on work results and the status of current projects to CEO

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong advantage is having experience working on projects with a duration of at least 3 months
• Experience as a project manager, account manager, or product manager in an IT services company
• Understanding of how IT products are developed and knowledge of project management practices in IT
• Conversational English language skills
