Weigandt Consulting (WDT) is an international IT consulting company with headquarters in Germany, clients from Europe and Asia, and employees around the globe. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to oversee all aspects of human resources management in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in recruiting, retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change and enhancing HR practices in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy, including conducting regular market research;
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals;
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and allocate resources efficiently and cost-effectively;
  • Manage the recruitment team, establish clear goals and KPIs, collaborate with hiring managers, and monitor recruitment metrics;
  • Carrying out an ongoing search for alternative talent pools and regions for recruitment depending on business targets;
  • Create competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with the overall business strategy;
  • Continuously improve the performance review process, identify high-potential employees, and provide training and development opportunities;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address training needs and enhance the overall learning culture within the organization;
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to promote a healthy work-life balance and continuously improve employee experiences and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role;
  • Relevant experience in the IT industry with a solid understanding of technologies and trends;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive positive change and business results;
  • Strong knowledge of global talent markets and experience in identifying alternative hiring regions;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decisions
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee development and training programs.
