We have a vacancy for a Chief Business Development Officer  in our company. We are looking for a proactive, organized and driven individual to help us achieve our ambitious goals. 

We expect you to have extensive experience in the travel industry, an analytical and critical mindset, strong communication and  negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

You responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive partnerships and growth for the company;
  • Identify and evaluate the potential of new partnership opportunities;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities;
  • Maintain effective relationships with our current partners;
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts  with our Legal, Compliance and Finance departments to ensure the best possible terms for the company;
  • Work with our Marketing and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful collaboration;
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings worldwide to drive brand awareness;
  • Build and manage BDM/Account manager team;
  • Provide business forecasts, set and achieve sales reduction targets.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in the travel/avia industry as CBDO (or similar role) from 1 year;
  • Understanding of the specifics of dealing with avia-companies, metasearch engines, GDS;
  • Strong business development and partnership experience;
  • Ability to quickly analyze and systematize information;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Entrepreneurial/ownership mindset - thinking big, taking calculated risks, driven by market feedback.
