Technical Product Manager/Product analyst

Hi!We are Salmon. Asian fintech startup.We are looking for a new addition to our digital team in Manila- Technical Product Manager.In 3-5 years we are planning to become a leading fintech in Southeast Asia.
Our perfect candidate for this role has experience in interfaces (web, apps): product and technical part. Strong technical and analytical skills are must-have.

What you'll be doing

•  Work closely with the product owner and the development and design teams to improve UX and customer journeys
• Speed up the development process by setting clear tasks and goals
• Build product and processes monitoring
• Participate in features and product acceptance for both web and app interfaces 
• Support the team in vendor and product integration discovery
• Participate in exploring the Filipino market
   

What you'll need

•  3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / System Analyst for a consumer-facing business
• Previous work experience in a startup (team with 20-100 people)
• Ability to apply both data-driven and customer feedback approaches
• Capability to speak the same language as the development and QA teams
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, and web frameworks (React, Angular), as well as APIs
• Experience in Firebase, Splunk, Amplitude, Swagger, + UML/BPMN
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
•  Strong technical and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and open-minded
