Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative methods to communicate iLobby’s value proposition.
  • Develop effective messaging and outreach strategies to attract new prospects to iLobby.
  • Leverage prospecting tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Alyce, and Qualified to their fullest potential to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities for your assigned accounts.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the ADR role.
  • Schedule product demos with Account Executives by converting existing account prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and learn from one another.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or an equivalent field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to work hard to overcome any knowledge gaps.
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a can-do attitude, a goal-driven mindset, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to deal with people professionally, sensitively, tactfully, and diplomatically at all times.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work, with excellent problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Aptitude for technology, and the ability to learn by doing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business/Sales Development, specifically in technology sales.
