Utorg is a fintech company holding VASP licenses and operating in 187 countries. We build digital products at the intersection of DeFi and TradFi leveraging the world’s cutting-edge technology.

Our core product is a top-notch fiat&crypto gateway with a B2B2C distribution model. So far, this product is used by industry-leading companies: Near, OKX, zkSync, Gnosis, Wirex, and many others.
We are fully remote.
 

About the offer:

We're looking for talented sales development representative with experience in software sales who are pro-active and have a great work-ethic!
 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media;
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful software sales experience with a proven track record of ensuring growth;
  • Good understanding of Fintech or Crypto products;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress;
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
     

Bonus points if you have:

  • Work/study experience in English-speaking countries;
  • Proven B2B marketing experience;
  • Independence and freedom of decision-making;
  • You are a crypto-native: immersed in the crypto culture, aware of the prevailing narratives.
