X-Cart team is growing and we’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing. Our company has a really audacious goal — we want to make our product the most convenient and powerful tool for building online stores ever! And you will help our customers learn what X-Cart can do, how it can be used for creating and maintaining a successful business and making a fortune!

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Creating and executing a solid performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Budget Management: Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROMI and efficient CAC. Constantly analyzing spending and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization
- Performance Analysis: analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, including: paid, organic, email, affiliate and other channels
- Team Management: lead, motivate and grow the existing team
- Ideas generation: Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPIs
- Data Analysis: drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets
- Reporting: be responsible for creating reports and providing analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns
Requirements:
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience
- You have a proven track record in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels
- You have a successful track record in B2B performance marketing
- You have experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You have a solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise
- Fluent English-speaker, B2+ level
- Strong advantage: if you have B2B eCommerce SaaS expertise
- Strong advantage: if you successfully created and implemented viral marketing campaigns
